Baker knives feature thru-handle
stainless steel blades for superior
durability. A progressive double
taper edge provides smooth cutting
and directional stability. Fillet knives
have strong flexible tips for delicate
filleting.The textured comfort
grip handles provide a sure grip,
even when wet, and reduce fatigue
when doing extensive cutting.
Handles also have finger guards for
added protection against slippage.
Full-length vented sheaths help
blades dry quickly to prevent
corrosion. All sizes include a locking
tab to keep knife and sheath
securely mated, ceramic knife
sharpener, diamond hook hone and
hanging slot. The bait knife sheath
also includes a web belt loop to
keep the knife close at hand.
